Our code loads asynchronously means that the loading process of your scripts will not interrupt the rendering of your webpage. This allows your web page to render more quickly as parsing is not paused every time a script must be loaded. This also allows for multiple scripts to be loaded concurrently which is beneficial given that one script does not depend on another.
How does the snippet work?
For Dealers who have activated our on-site engagement solution, Connect, the code also deploys in-page interactions and provides form-fills for website visitors and shoppers based on website behavior, traffic source, and other collected data points.
For Dealers who have activated our paid advertising solution Acquire, the code listens and tracks conversion events on the dealership website so that it can send feedback to the platform and further optimize the Acquire ads based on which actually sent traffic to your site who then converted became leads. For Acquire, this performance feedback loop is heavily dependent on the code snippet reporting these onsite conversions.
For Dealers who have activated our CRM mining and email engagement solution, Nurture, the code listens and tracks website visits from emails as well as conversion events on the dealership website so that it can send feedback to the platform and further optimize the Nurture emails.
Lastly, the code snippet tracks what visitors are doing on site, in general. Meaning, which pages visitors view, in what order, and how often, in order to create engagement flows and predict shopper behavior.
