In addition to being housed inside of Connect, AutoLeadStar Chat can also be accessed by clicking on a label (which reads ‘CHAT’) found in one of a few places your website. Because every website is different, you can determine where on the screen you’d like the label to appear.
By default, the label will appear on the bottom left of the screen. Below are illustrations of the different options:
If you choose to not display the chat label at all, it is possible to not have any external Chat labels, and Chat will only be accessible from within the Connect widget.
If Mobile Minibar is enabled, Chat will appear inside of the Minibar. This minimizes clutter and distractions from your mobile website, giving your shoppers a better user experience.
If Mobile Minibar is not enabled, the Chat label will appear by default on the left side of the screen. It can also be positioned on the right side.
