To activate Chat, log in to the Connect Dashboard > Settings > Modules
- Toggle the Chat button on
- Select “AutoLeadStar” from the Chat Provider drop-down list.
- The default Chat Label position is Bottom Left. Learn more about Chat Label position.
If you already have a different chat integrated into Connect, selecting “AutoLeadStar” from the drop-down list will replace it. The other chat will still appear on your site, so it is best if you contact the vendor to cancel their services. If AutoLeadStar had hidden your previous chat widget, it will remain hidden.
Note: due to technical reasons, in case your chat provider is Dealer Inspire Conversations and it's integrated into Connect, you must contact Support@autoleadstar.com if you wish to replace it with Connect chat.
