Connect in Spanish offers all the traditional engagement features of our English language Connect, but professionally translated into Spanish.
For clients who enable this feature, Spanish Connect is automatically offered to website visitors who have set their browser language to Spanish. Connect will not be offered in Spanish if the website browser language is set to English, even if the user toggles to use a Spanish version of the dealer’s website.
The lead will be sent to the dealership in English, but the message will likely be in Spanish.
You should only enable Spanish Connect if they have a Spanish speaker on staff.
How to enable Connect in Spanish?
- Log in to the Connect dashboard
- Connect settings > General.
- Toggle on Translate Connect
Connect Chat is the only module not translated into Spanish.
