The Service module in Connect enables dealers to collect information about shoppers who are looking to receive vehicle service or to direct those shoppers to the native service page on the dealer site!
How Does it Work?
Like all modules, the Service module will appear when a shopper shows intent or interest related to service. It could be they came from an Acquire service ad, a Nurture service email, or just visited the service page on the dealership website.
When the Service module opens or a shopper clicks on the service module, either a form fill will open prompting them to fill in their details, or the shopper can be redirected to a native service page on the dealer site.
Leads and Labeling
Any leads captured inside the Connect Service module may be sent as an ADF into the Dealership CRM with the lead source labeled as AutoLeadStar | Service. To enable this setting, go to Dealership level settings > Lead Routing or click here: https://dashboard.autoleadstar.com/settings/dealership/lead-routing.
When configuring the Service module you can select to have it come into the CRM as a Service ADF lead as well as set up an HTML email to go to a person as well.
Service is a default ALWAYS-ON module although it is not always displayed. You may not turn OFF or disable service. Click to learn more about default, always ON, and optional Connect modules.
