This module is shown on the website’s Service page, and is also accessible from the widget. It allows visitors to schedule a service appointment. The visitor puts in their car details (make/model/year/mileage), and the service they want. Then they choose the time of day they’d like for their appointment (morning/afternoon/evening). If you want the visitor to also choose the specific date, this option is available in the dashboard (but the default is without the date).
The lead gets sent to your CRM, in ADF format, usually to a different address than sales leads (it’s usually something like service@dealershipname.com). You can also choose to get the service lead in an email format and to a specific person in the BDC/Marketing department. Someone from the dealership’s service department calls the lead to confirm the appointment.
Sometimes dealerships want to use their service scheduling program instead of receiving leads to their CRM. In this case, we can have the service module redirect visitors to the website’s service scheduling page. This can be set up in the dashboard.
