This page provides a summary of the leads that were received within a certain time range.
The page consists of several elements :
Date picker - The date picker can be found on the top right of the screen. It allows you to search for leads that convert within a certain date range. The leads displayed on the Leads page are limited according to what date range has been chosen.
Lead count - The number of leads that have come in via Connect, within the chosen date range.
Search bar - Here you can search for a lead using any search term: name, car of interest, module, free text, etc.
Car of Interest Upon Conversion - Connect determines the lead’s car of interest at the time of conversion (though this can change over time as the customer browses other vehicles over time). This determination is based on their browsing behavior, and in some cases is stated explicitly by the lead at the time of conversion (for instance, in the E-price module). Some leads don’t have a car of interest, in cases when Connect doesn’t have enough data to make an educated guess. In this situation, the lead is marked as Unspecified.
Modules and Details - This column shows which modules the customer converted on, and any associated details (for example, the model the customer would like to trade in, or the time and date they booked an appointment for).
Export - This allows the client to export a CSV of all the leads in the selected date range. The CSV downloads immediately after the button is clicked and contains all the information shown on the Leads Page.
Clicking on one of the lead details will take you to the Lead Page.
