Live offers play a few important roles in the AutoLeadStar platform, and can help boost performance, target shoppers with the content they want, and convert more leads.
In Connect, the offers module can recommend an offer to a shopper when there is one available on a model that they are interested in. Seeing an offer on the precise vehicle they are browsing compels the person to leave their information, and engage further with your dealership.
In Acquire, having offers allows the system to create hundreds of new types of ads, targeting users with offers when they search for or are interested in a certain vehicle. Again, users are more likely to click, and eventually convert, on an ad promoting an offer than they are on a generic ad for the vehicle.
There two different types of offers in the AutoLeadStar platform:
- OEM Offers
- Dealer Offers
AutoLeadStar can automatically pull and publish all OEM offers available for your dealership. This can be turned on Settings> Data Sources > OEM Offers
Even if these boxes are not checked off, the OEM offers will appear in your dashboard and can be manually approved.
There are a few ways to upload your dealership offers to the AutoLeadStar platform.
- Manually– Add a new offer from your dashboard by clicking “Add Offer.”
- By CSV– Download our template and then upload all of your dealership offers by clicking “Upload CSV.”
- Website Offers– Allow AutoLeadStar to automatically pull specials offers from your specials page. When activated, new offers will be pulled every day, updating Acquire and Connect accordingly.
