Below you can see what changes we have put into place to assist you as much as possible during this difficult period.
With ever-changing circumstances across communities and the industry, dealerships are constantly adjusting the way they do business. On the Dealership Services page of the platform management section of your dashboard, you can select the services that your dealership is currently offering, to be publicized across the AutoLeadStar platform. Many of these services will reflect your dealership's strategy in these complicated times, focusing on what your shoppers can do from the safety and comfort of their own homes.
Payment Deferral Services
One such service that can be enabled is Deferred Payments. Many OEMs are offering the ability to defer payments in this difficult time. AutoLeadStar is taking these offers into consideration for Acquire ads, and in the fine print of Connect. Additionally, if you have your own deferral payments offers, you can add them to the system as well.
How Are Enabled Services Utilized?
Corona crisis-specific messaging and templates
Corona crisis-specific messaging and templates are now available in Acquire. Let your customers know you’re open for business and sensitive to their concerns.
These templates will appear when you select the corresponding Services in your dashboard. The templates will be automatically enabled in Acquire. You can see all of these templates, once the Service is turned on, by searching Corona or the name of the specific service in the Template tab of each of your channels. Acquire will continue to optimize your account with these changes.
Connect now offers a highly customizable module called Quick React that appears on the first page a visitor sees. While many customers may be concerned about physically being in your showroom while practicing social distance, this module assures them that they can still do business with you. All text is editable and customizable, so that the notification supports your specific dealership's messaging.

Banner and Landing Page
You also have the opportunity to turn on a banner that will appear across your entire website, that drives users to a dynamic landing page publicizing your selected services. This banner will draw attention to what your dealership is offering your customers during this tumultuous time. Read more about the landing page here.
Notifications and Modules
The messaging inside of Connect will utilize and feature the Services that your dealership is offering. For example, your Service notification will boast the fact that you offer Service Pick-Up, instead of simply offering a Service appointment, if that is something your dealership is offering at this point. In addition, your modules will also reflect the Services you offer: if Virtual Test Drive is selected in your Services screen, it will then be offered as a Location option inside of the Test Drive Plus module.
