Overview
As part of the Dealership Services page in the dashboard, you are able to connect to OEM offered payment deferral offers. These services can be found in the Finance & Insurance section of the Dealership Services page.
In this section, you will see a switch for Deferral Payments Services option for each OEM that has been set up for the account. Enabling this feature will open the offer, and display the amount of days the payments may be deferred, as well the fine print of the offer. The number of days and text is not editable as it is updated with information pulled from the relevant OEM.
However, if a dealer would like to create their own custom deferrals, they may do so by turning on the Custom Deferral Payments switch. This will allow you to create customized deferral payment offers and edit the fine print as well as the days allowed for the deferred payment.
What happens in Acquire when I turn on these services?
When the deferral payment Dealership service is enabled, Acquire will generate and run multiple ad templates for the respective offers. If the feature is disabled, the relevant ad templates will be paused. These templates and ad previews can be found by searching for the word "deferral" inside the Ad Templates section of Acquire.
The deferral payment ad templates will be implemented within the Newand Brand objectives inside Acquire. Custom deferral payment ad templates will also be visible under the Used objective.
What happens in Connect when I turn on these services?
If a customer has Connect activated, onsite shopper may be engaged with a Connect notification displaying the deferred payment and fine print.
These deferral payments will also be features inside of the Services Banner/ Landing Page.
