Acquire Display Ads
Acquire for Display automatically creates, runs, and optimizes responsive display ads on the Google Display Network. The Display Network is a collection of websites—including specific Google websites like Google Finance, Gmail, Blogger, and YouTube—that show ads. This network also includes mobile sites and apps.
Acquire Responsive Display ads can appear on websites based on various targeting methods including but not limited to:
- Keywords and topics related to what your offer
- Specific websites or pages chosen for display placement
- Specific audiences based on their interests, demographics, or whether they've visited your website before
- Retargeting based on website and/CRM data

Ad Formatting and Sizing
Responsive display ads are the default ad type for the Display Network. They automatically adjust their size, appearance, and format to fit just about any available ad space. Acquire leverages the dealership assets like inventory data and images, Dealership logos, Brand logos along with the information about offers and financing and provides them to Google to create the responsive display ads in whatever format, size, and in whichever placement is best suited to the search/ bid/ and context.
Therefore, there is no set size or format for display ads that Acquire leverages, rather, we allow Google to determine what the best ad placement would be and then Acquire optimizes performance, budgeting, and strategy.
However, there are some common ad sizes which we see perform well:
