One of the many collaborations between AutoLeadStar and Stellantis (FCA) is the eShop Widget 2.0. The widget opens to provide a form fill and payment calculator designed to increases conversions on VDPs as well as guide shopper's through available VIN-specific incentives, allowing them to input details in order to calculate estimated car payments and financing options.
Similar to Connect, albeit with a slimmed down and more focused shopper interactions, this widget typically appears on the lower right side of Stellantis Dealership website VDPs and offers incentives and payment options based on Stellantis provided ORE offers.
The widget will present to all Acquire traffic on Stellantis Dealership VDPs. On desktop, with a typical implementation, this means the form will open from the right side. On mobile, the form will appear as a full page take-over.
If you don’t see the widget where you expect you should, keep in mind, these offers are VIN specific, so you’ll only see the widget if there’s a valid offer for that VIN.
Form and Calculator Structure
When the widget opens and the form is presented on desktop, the first offer type to appear by default will be a lease offer (if available for that specific vehicle). The shopper can toggle between offer types and view Finance and Cash Offers as well by clicking on one of the three offer type buttons at the top of the form.
Beneath the offer type is a grey pencil icon and a prompt allowing the shopper to "customize your payments". Clicking this will open up the payment calculator where the shopper can input the desired Down Payment, Term Duration, Annual Mileage, and as an optional field, the Trade In Value of their current vehicle.
As the shopper inputs data, the payment information and incentive details listed in the offer above will adjust in real-time displaying the new payment including the calculations taken from the user-inputs. To complete the form, a shopper must provide contacts details including first name, last name, phone number, and email.
There are additional, Conditional offers and incentives available below the contacts details which, if applicable, a shopper may click on to apply to their offer calculation. These additional discounts include special incentives for: Military, First Responders, and Automobility and Lease Loyalty programs.
Upon completing the form, a shopper is prompted to click on the button below that says "Claim This Offer Now". Clicking on this submission button will redirect to the shopper to a different Stellantis eShop website https://e-shop.chrysler.com/ where the information submitted in the payment calculator as well as contact details will be pre-populated in a similar form.
Final submission occurs on this site by clicking the submit button; the lead is submitted as a ‘skinny’ eShop lead and the eShop in-window experience is enabled. If the consumer goes further to interact with the eShop platform and submits trade information, for example, then the ‘skinny’ lead becomes a ‘fuller’ lead - where the added trade in information is appended to the original (skinny) lead. This means there is a total of 1 eShop lead (either a skinny or a fuller one) that is received by the dealership.
** It is important to note that even if a shopper does not complete the action and convert on the eShop website, the lead information and payment calculator details input into the onsite Widget will be stored and passed along as a lead, albeit a skinny one.
The offers, incentive details, and payment options attached to the calculator are all provided by a Stellantis (FCA) API. AutoLeadStar is facilitating the engagement on site and the conversion in the widget, however we have no connection to the incentive and offer details displayed.
Leads captured via the widget are sent to Stellantis (FCA) automatically and they rout the leads directly to the dealership CRM. There is a total of 1 eShop lead (either a skinny or a fuller one) that is received by the dealership. Duplicates will not be sent.
The AutoLeadStar / Stellantis eShop Advantage
eShop for Last Call
For Stellantis dealerships who enroll in Last Call, the eShop Widget will appear on Last Call vehicles for visitors from ALL TRAFFIC SOURCES.
Conversions and lead submissions on these VDPs will work the same other eShop submissions; Leads captured via the widget are sent to Stellantis (FCA) automatically and they rout the leads directly to the dealership CRM. There is a total of 1 eShop lead (either a skinny or a fuller one) that is received by the dealership. Duplicates will not be sent.
Last Call for Stellantis customers is 100% co-op (=T3AC) eligible.
