Overview
Last Call enables Dealerships to leverage vin-specific marketing to move aging inventory smarter and faster. The AutoLeadStar Last Call Overview shows you exactly how your VINs are performing and how many visitors and shoppers are converting on those VDPs. It's a powerful view into performance and reporting accessible from within your AutoLeadStar Dashboard.
Navigation
To enter the Last Call Dashboard, log into your AutoLeadStar platform and click on the Last Call bullhorn icon on the left side navigation menu. or by navigating to https://dashboard.autoleadstar.com/last-call/overview .
Structure
The Last Call overview page structure contains four sections: % increase in VDP views per day, the average number of days vehicles sit on the lot before and after implementing Last Call, a tracking of total VDP views, and the lower section which provides tabs to view promoted vehicles, known shoppers, and moved out vehicles .
The data on the top half of the page (VDP related) may be viewed during a specific monthly timeframe chosen with the date picker found in the upper right hand corner of the page. The default date display is the current month to date.
The bottom half of the page (Inventory, Shopper, Moved Out) are aggregate stats from the beginning of Last Call launch for the dealership.
Last Call Promoted Inventory
The lower section of the Last Call Dashboard page includes the vehicle tiles of all Last Call promoted Inventory. These tiles include information about the vehicles including: the car details, VIN as well as the, number of days on lot, the number of *shoppers who have visited the VDP, and the number of *visitors to the VDP.

* Visitors are anonymous browsers on your website about whom we have limited conversion data
All Last Call Promoted Vehicles may be filtered and viewed by condition (New and Used). A dropdown menu to select condition is found on the left side of the section. Dashboard users can also search for a specific vehicle by name utilizing the search bar on the right side of the section.
Adding and Removing a vehicle from Last Call
In order to add a vehicle to the Last Call Promotion list, in addition to the days on lot threshold rules you set up during onboarding, you may click on the blue Add VINs button and select the vehicles from your inventory which you would like to manually add. Note that when vehicles are selected, they will immediately be added to the promotions list.
The Dealer's complete inventory will be displayed (taken from the website or feed, depending on how their data sources are configured) and the selected vehicles will be promoted until they are sold or manually removed from the list (read below to learn more about removing vehicles from the Last Call promotion list).
In order to remove a vehicle from the Last Call promotion list, you may click on the three dots in the upper right hand corner of the vehicle tile and remove this specific vehicle from Last Call. Note that this action will permanently remove this vehicle from being promoted by Last Call.
Last Call Shoppers
Last Call shoppers are known leads who have visited the VDPs of the Last Call promoted vehicles on a dealer website. Clicking on any of the leads in this list will rout you to their Lead Details Page where you can see a full history of their Marketing, Website, and Instore Interactions with the dealership.
Last Call Sold Vehicles / Moved Out
Last Call Moved Out (Sold Vehicles) is a list of vehicles whose VDPs have been removed from the dealer website. Those vehicles which can be verified as SOLD by the dealer's CRM will have a green check mark next to the vehicle details. The date which the vehicle was sold will also be included next to the checkmark. Clicking on the vehicle tiles from this view will take you to the VIN Details Page of that Vehicle where you can view all VDP details including visitor views, active shopper views, and available sales information.
