Last Call empowers Dealers to take action when the moment is right and the Lead is hot. Real-time notifications may be setup to help your team act fast and pursue every available opportunity to move vehicles, reduce lot-rot, and avoid residual value loss on stuck vehicles.
Last Call enables Dealers to receive real-time SMS notifications when meaningful actions are taken on the VDPs which Last Call is promoting. There are 2 types of real-time SMS notifications triggered:
- When a known shopper visits a Last Call VDP
- When a lead converts on a Last Call VDP
Another type of SMS notification may be set up - the Daily Digest - for Dealers to receive each day at 9AM EST which lists how many opportunities (both visits and conversions) occurred on the Last Call promoted VINS within the previous 24 hour period.

A daily standup email may also be set up with a list of all known shoppers who visited Last Call VINs or leads who converted on Last Call VDPs. This email includes a link to the Lead Details page for easy one click access to the whole visitor timeline on the dealer site. This email is sent daily at 9:00AM EST.
