The Shopper tab in Nurture allows you to view a list of all shoppers engaged by Nurture pulled from your Dealership CRM. The list displays basic details about each shopper along with relevant stats specific to the shopper's interaction with Nurture. To learn more about what exactly a Shopper is, click here.
Shopper List Structure
Each row in the Shopper list represents a single shopper with columns which include the name, email phone number, as well as the name and number of Nurture campaigns the shopper is included in, along with the number of emails sent, opened, clicked, pageviews from the emails, new lead conversions on site and of course sales.
When looking specifically at the Sales tab - the columns also include the vehicle sold and gross on the vehicle on the far right columns (keep in mind you may need to scroll to the right if you're using a smaller screen).
Important to note:
- The shoppers are listed according to their CRM ID which often times correlates to the date which the shoppers first entered the CRM.
- The shoppers in the sales tab show shoppers with at least 1 sale in the selected date range. The other metrics associated with those custom listed in the columns to the right will show data from all time (email sent, opens, clicks, page views, leads).
At the end of each shopper row are 3 action dots which allow you to view the shopper page for that shopper or unsubscribe them from ALL Nurture campaigns. Unsubscribing from Nurture campaigns means the email address will no longer receive any emails from the Nurture system, effective immediately.
