Adding and Removing a vehicle from Last Call
In order to add a vehicle to the Last Call Promotion list, in addition to the days on lot threshold rules you set up during onboarding, you may click on the blue Add VINs button and select the vehicles from your inventory which you would like to manually add. Note that when vehicles are selected, they will immediately be added to the promotions list.
The Dealer's complete inventory will be displayed (taken from the website or feed, depending on how their data sources are configured) and the selected vehicles will be promoted until they are sold or manually removed from the list (read below to learn more about removing vehicles from the Last Call promotion list).
In order to remove a vehicle from the Last Call promotion list, you may click on the three dots in the upper right hand corner of the vehicle tile and remove this specific vehicle from Last Call. Note that this action will permanently remove this vehicle from being promoted by Last Call.
