Overview
Nurture supports several campaign types, each with different goals and audiences. The VDP Visitors campaigns helps dealers to engage shoppers who have recently visited a VDP on the dealership website. This audience is particularly valuable as 1) VDP page visits typically indicate high buying intent and 2) conversions on these pages have the added value of a specific vehicle of interest.
Campaigns
The VDP Visitors Group consists of three campaigns:
- VDP Visitors HOT
- VDP Visitors WARM
- VDP Visitors COLD
VDP Visitors HOT
- Audience: This campaign targets customers who have visited a VDP on the dealership website in the last 30 days.
- Goal: The campaign is designed to engage low funnel shoppers who know which vehicle they are interested in and are looking for the best deal.
VDP Visitors WARM
- Audience: This campaign targets customers who have visited a VDP on the dealership website in the last 31 - 60 days.
- Goal: The campaign is designed to engage mid-funnel shoppers who have shown interest in a particular vehicle and are deciding if your dealership is the best place for them to purchase this vehicle.
VDP Visitors COLD
- Audience: This campaign targets customers who have visited a VDP on the dealership website in the last 61 - 90 days.
- Goal: The campaign is designed to engage up-funnel shoppers who have shown interest in a particular vehicle and are deciding if it's the right vehicle for them.
