Overview
Nurture General Settings allow you to customize the configurations of your Nurture account. From these settings you may adjust the following: Nurture status, email frequency, whether you'd like to advertise Used inventory, which pricing you'd like to display in Nurture emails and disclaimer text that should be appended to emails.
Nurture Status
When Nurture is ACTIVATED, the Activation switch if ON and it appears blue. This means emails are being sent and your customers are being actively engaged. When the Activation switch if OFF - it appears grey and no emails are being sent.
Minimum Days Between Emails
While each Nurture campaign has a set cadence, primarily driven by customer intent signals, you may adjust the minimum number of days between emails sent. This serves as a cap of sorts if your dealership has a more conservative approach to customer engagement. Setting the minimum number of days between emails allows you to define the number of days Nurture should wait between email communications to a customer.
The default setting for this feature is set to 3 days minimum between emails.
Used Vehicles Only
Selecting this means that Nurture will only email your customers about offers on Used vehicles. If this is NOT selected, Nurture will create email engagements around all your available inventory including New and Used vehicles.
The default setting for this feature is OFF, meaning Nurture will by default engage around your New and Used vehicle inventory.
Price Display
This feature allows your dealership to select which pricing you would like to display in the Nurture email engagements: 1) MSRP price or 2) the Dealership determined special pricing.
In some cases, a Dealership will discount below MSRP and other situations, a dealership will display above MSRP pricing on their website. It is up to the Dealership to determine what compliance rules apply for their brand before making the selection for this feature.
The default setting for this feature is to display the Dealership pricing, as taken from the website, in Nurture emails.
Disclaimer Text
Any Nurture email with a an offer contains a legal disclaimer. This field allows your dealership to input the disclaimer or fine print which should be appended to Nurture emails which contain offers.
The default setting for this feature is to NOT INCLUDE ANY DISCLAIMERS in Nurture emails if this field is left empty.
Override Do Not Email Setting
With this feature enabled, Nurture will engage and send emails to all your CRM customers. If a customer decides they want to opt out and unsubscribe from Nurture emails, they may do so in the footer of every email sent and we will, from that point on, honor this request and unsubscribe the customer from all subsequent Nurture contact.
The feature is OFF by default and a Dealership must provide express consent to enable this feature either on the phone with their Customer Success Manager or in writing to support@autoleadstar.com. Read more about this feature here.
Nurture Onboarding
The non-essential Nurture settings are all included in the Onboarding Checklist under the ADVANCED SETUP of the Nurture section. If the settings are not adjust before launch, our defaults will be applied.
